When you buy from this website you contract with Health Brands SA (Pty) Ltd. Your tax invoice is issued by Health Brands SA (Pty) Ltd.

2. Prices

All prices are in South African rand and include VAT at 15%. Quantity prices apply to the total quantity of one product (all colours and sizes) in one order. Prices exclude branding unless stated; branding is quoted separately. We may correct an obvious pricing error before we accept your order; if we do, you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and we email an order confirmation. Stock is held by our supplier partners and shown in good faith. If an item is no longer available after you have paid, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund, at your choice.

4. Payment

You may pay by card or instant EFT through Paystack, or by manual EFT into the bank account shown at checkout and in your order email. Manual EFT orders are processed when the funds reflect and are cancelled if unpaid after 7 days. We will never change our banking details by email: if you receive such a message, call +27 66 248 6595 before paying. Business customers may apply for account terms, subject to credit approval.

5. Business accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for orders placed through your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.

6. Branded and made-to-order goods

Branded and custom-made goods are produced to your specification after you approve a digital proof. Once you approve the proof the order cannot be cancelled. Colour matching is close but not exact across materials. You confirm that you have the right to use any logo or artwork you send us.

7. Delivery

See our delivery policy. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is part of your order. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery or collection.

8. Cooling-off (ECTA section 44)

Consumers may cancel an online purchase of unbranded goods, without reason and without penalty, within 7 days after receiving them. The exclusions in ECTA section 42 apply, including goods made to your specifications such as branded items.

9. Defective goods (CPA sections 55 and 56)

Goods that are defective, unsafe or not fit for their purpose may be returned within six months of delivery for repair, replacement or a refund, as the Consumer Protection Act provides. See our returns policy.

10. Limitation

Except where the Consumer Protection Act does not allow it, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

11. Disputes and law

Please contact us first at info@brandexperts.co.za. If we cannot resolve a complaint you may approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (www.cgso.org.za) or the National Consumer Commission. These terms are governed by South African law.
